Work Experience - Haslucks Green School

• Insight into the Teaching Profession: Work experience allowed me to observe experienced teachers in action, learn about the curriculum, and get a realistic view of the workload, challenges, and rewards of teaching.
• Skill Development: Had and remain to have opportunities to develop communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as gain practical experience in areas like classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment.
• Practical Experience: Able to assist with tasks like supervising students, preparing resources, or leading small groups, giving valuable hands-on experience.
• Networking: Work experience allows me to meet and build relationships with teachers, support staff, and other professionals in the school, potentially leading to future opportunities.
• Self-Confidence: The experience of working in a school environment boosted my confidence and improve my ability to work with children and other adults in a professional setting.
