Community mentor, facilitator, and experienced public sector professional with over 30 years’ service across UK government departments, including the Ministry of Justice, the Department for Transport, the Department of Health and Social Care and UKHSA and known for strong communication, organisational ability, and the capacity to work effectively within complex and regulated environments. Alongside my professional career, I actively mentor young people and support parents through community initiatives, including TRAB (The Right Attitude Bunch and P22:6RT Parenting Forum. I am passionate about supporting young people facing social, emotional, and educational challenges and ensuring that every child can succeed with the opportunities available to them.
I am currently completing my MSc in Human Resource Management at Birkbeck, University of London.
Established and led a Zoom parenting forum during COVID-19, addressing behavioural, emotional, and educational challenges with a focus on neurodiverse children. Fostered parent-educator collaboration, featured guest speakers, and applied the S3 framework to boost family resilience and engagement.

Over 30 years across government departments (Ministry of Justice, National Offenders Management Survive (NOMS), Department for Transport (DfT), Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and Joint Biosecurity Centre (JBC) in highly regulated settings requiring professionalism and confidentiality. Supported operations through accurate records and collaborative teamwork.
Mentor young people using framework of Skills, Strength, and Style to build confidence and life direction. Support young people facing challenges including family separation, bereavement, absence of parental support and emotional wellbeing concerns. Encourage resilience positive attitudes and engagement with education. Provide guidance and informal mediation between young people and parents when challenges arise.
