Francesca Porru

My name is Maria Francesca, I am 29 years old and I have been working in the hospitality industry for more than 10 years. For the past 6 years I have specialised in the coffee as I am passionate about the world of coffee and everything related to latte art. I am interested in the position you are seeking to share my knowledge about coffee with you.

I currently work as a head barista in a coffee shop located in the business park in Chiswick. I am a staff supervisor, I am in charge of opening and closing the shop, placing orders and everything related to food and coffee preparation.

I am a very fussy person when it comes to following quality standards in coffees and beyond. I like to work in busy places, but at the same time with a quiet and fun environment so as to bring serenity to customers as I am a friendly and smiling person.
