At LVMH she was responsible for pensions and UK benefits within the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics division which included Christian Dior, Guerlain and Acqua di Parma. Most recently, Francine moved into a Global Mobility Advisor role at Edwards Ltd where she was responsible for delivery of mobility services including global expatriate tax, social security, UK modified payroll and a business expert for the Business Traveller tool and Posted Workers’ Directive.
