I'm currently in my first year of college at Andover College. Through my experience in hospitality, I have learnt how to lead a team, communicate well with customers and deliver excellent customer service. Working at The Greyhound On The Test has taught me how important it is to have an eye for detail to create a magical experience for customers.

Within my role as front of house and bar member I have been trained to perform excellent customer service and also how to make drinks such as cocktails and pouring beers. The attention to detail at The Greyhound on the Test is exceptional and has impacted the way I work. I thrive knowing my customers are happy and enjoy their experience.
As front of house member I can quickly memorise a menu and what drinks to go with certain dishes. My greatest achievement as a front of house and bar member is when I lead a team of 8 through a fully booked night.

Within my experience as a barista I have learnt how to steam milk, create coffee art and make different kinds of coffee. I have also learnt how to deal with customers in difficult situations. Within this job I thrive during a rush of orders.
