About

Highly organised and reliable professional with extensive experience working in a university environment, managing digital information, coordinating work and communicating with a wide range of people. Confident using IT systems, handling competing priorities and working independently to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Alongside this, my current customer-facing role in a busy leisure environment has developed my experience in welcoming customers, responding to enquiries, managing bookings and memberships, processing payments and following safety procedures.

I am now looking to bring these transferable skills to a part-time administration or reception role where I can contribute to an efficient, professional and welcoming service.
