➤ Set up the Global Professional Services Team from a scratch within SaaS Start-up, and then subsequently took responsibility for Sales, Revenue and Customer Success.
➤ Grew the team from a single location with 5 employees to a 100 people team located in Berlin, Munich, Milan, Katowice and Chicago in 3-years.
➤ Transitioned the Sales team from selling IIoT projects to selling EaaS and SaaS, and IoT product solutions.
➤ Won and delivered contracts ranging from $100k to $45m TCV.
➤ Led the turnaround of a failing managed services contract, for one of the UK's largest banking groups.
