I’m passionate about building strong teams, efficient systems, and supportive environments.

Since 2008, I’ve led the operational backbone of AES, helping the charity grow and deliver specialist nursery and outreach services across our two sites.

I oversee all core support functions — from HR, marketing, IT, and charity administration to office and facilities management — ensuring our services run smoothly and our teams are developed and set up for success. I collaborate closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, Head of Children’s Services, Fundraising and executive teams to align our operations with AES’s mission and strategy.

Before joining the charity sector, I built a career in HR and training across financial services and retail, including over 10 years in leadership roles within the financial services industry. I hold a degree in Psychology and bring a people-first, solutions-focused approach to everything I do.
