POSITION: Technical Operations Team Leader (Full Time)
The primary purpose of my role as Technical Operations Team Leader is to own, implement, mature and embed the IT Operations target operating model. In addition my role is accountable for the Platform Maintenance and Performance & Stability teams. I am accountable for the delivery of platform and performance deliverables according to the RACI for those teams and to report into key Stakeholders.
I work with senior management to ensure that the agreed KPIs for those teams are met and providing management input into the escalations from team leaders. Additionally I work with all team leaders within the target operating model to ensure that ways of working and principles are fully embedded and will lead on the management of the ways of working (daily meetings and reporting et al). A key deliverable will be the refinement, creation and documentation of processes and adherence to them.
I have assisted team leaders with the principles of the target operating model to ensure they are also reporting KPIs and delivering them and assist them to produce improvement in their deliverable targets. I also provide line management responsibility for all Technical Operations teams.
