A “people-person” through and through - I understand the importance of empathy when it comes to guiding customers and clients through their journey or interaction with a product or service.

I have 20 years of experience in various industries representing a wide range of established brands, and am passionate about creating positive customer experiences.

In addition to the above I am highly organised, always proactive and have good computer skills.

For the last 5.5years (2018-2024)I have worked for a wonderful independent girls’ school. I was the first point of contact for staff, visitors, deliveries and prospective students and parents.

I am educated to degree level with a BMus in Music Performance and Production (2:1) from the London College of Contemporary Music.
