I am Giulia,

I am a security and operations specialist and I have been working in operations, one way or another, for almost seven years. I read about this post and I think my skills could really be useful in fulfilling this role for your company.

I have 8 years of experience in operations and I am ready for the next challenge in my career.

I am a native Italian speaker however, after spending almost 8 years in the UK, I am a fluent English speaker as well and I feel comfortable working in both languages.

I am currently based in London for work reasons, however, I am looking to relocate to Italy for personal reasons, where I come from, so I do already have a right to work there.

Professionally, my background as Customer Experience Coordinator/Sales support provided me with the necessary insight to better understand on how to handle critical operational issues that require the utmost urgency, while keeping calm and rationally handling the issue as a priority.

The next step in my career has lead me to where I am now, security and operations specialist. This side of my role included being involved in reviewing, updating and constantly rethinking internal processes, procedures and policies. This exposure to operations has prepared me to the constantly changing world of ops and to always try and use a different perspective to approach its issues.

I think the kaleidoscopic nature of my professional experience in operations shows my ability to quickly get on top of the workload and tackle the challenges that the role might entail.

A bit more about me: I enjoy both working independently but also being a team player, as required by the project and circumstances.

I am very enthusiastic and really put my heart into anything I do, I love a challenge however, I never allow that to make me underestimate how intricate the issue I am working on might be.
