I am a well travelled Zimbabwean that has a very positive attitude towards life. I work well in a team, and I can work independently as well. I have 5 years experience in the hospitality industry. I am very good at anticipating customer’s needs and striving to make the customer feel very appreciated without being obtrusive. I also really enjoy making customers laugh because I see laughter as the way to a customer’s heart. Also I am very adaptable and flexible so I am never overwhelmed by the dynamic, fast paced, and changing nature of the hospitality industry. Lastly, I think I am good at identifying what tasks need to be done next without being instructed to do so by the management.
I have 17 years experience working in hospitality , including working as a waiter, a general assistant, a bar man, and a kitchen porter. I also have 5 years experience teaching English in China.
I have a post-graduate diploma in Psycholog.
