Harriet Larner

I am a resilient, sociable and compassionate individual. I have experience working with the older generation as a front of house team member in the local church and coffee bar. I place a large emphasis on caring for communities and much of my working career has been contributing to charity efforts. I value customer satisfaction and take pride in representing professionalism and efficiency in my appearance and work ethic.

• As FOH I learnt hands on skills such as operating a cash register, working the coffee machine, coffee making and latte art training, answering phone calls, serving food and drinks, pot washing, general cleaning and upkeep of the cafe and kitchen
• Social and hospitality skills from working with the general public and vulnerable groups such as the elderly, making sure to keep a safe, welcoming environment for customers
• I learnt to create a habit of keeping the front of the establishment organised, clean and visually appealing while tending to my other responsibilities.
