I am a reliable, polite, friendly and hard working person looking for an opportunity to join a customer service team in a supportive environment to further develop my customer service skills and experience. I enjoy working with people and as part of a team. I am flexible and willing to work weekends and evenings as required.

I have worked in part-time roles and am now looking for a permenant job to develop further.

I have recently worked in a part-time customer facing role in a local shop who repairs PC's and printers and sells printing supplies. I promoted the shop on line through social media sites and assisted customers as well as working with the shop manager and other staff in a range of other tasks. I also have hobbies that have involved working as part of a team.

I have achieved 8 GCSE passes, including Maths and English (equivalent of grades A-C) at Hartford High School.

I achieve a distinction at Level 3 BTEC Creative Media and Games Development at South & West Cheshire College. In my own time I have achieved Grade 5 music certificates and a music diploma.
