GRUNDON WASTE MANAGEMENT – HELPDESK OPERATOR (SEPT 20– PRESENT)
In September 2020, I changed department to the company’s contract management team, working as a Helpdesk Operator, which is the first point of contact for the broker accounts. My duties involve managing all the day to day queries and complaints liaising with the depots. Most recently, I have taken on the responsibility of setting up new customer sites and looking into invoice queries, providing resolutions and credits if required.
