Hayden Marshall

I have worked as a Data Analyst in Telecoms, Utilities and for the NHS for over 20 years. I have completed data migration work and supervised teams in this. I have also worked as a reconciliation manager in utilities. I specialised in using Excel, lookups, pivot tables and formula. I am used to working with large data sets and am innovative self starter. I am proactive in my approach and enjoy finding solutions to completing projects.

I am a graduate with a wealth of experience of using, implementing and documenting various billing and business systems, databases, spreadsheets and reports both in the private and public sector. I have excellent communication and presentation skills to resolve issues with all levels of staff via meetings, conference calls and email. Experience teaching and training individuals and groups in IT.
