I’m an experienced Business Analyst with over 25 years in the financial services industry, bringing a strong background in process improvement, change delivery, and transformation.
For the past 2.5 years, I’ve been working as a Business Analyst, involved in a variety of change and transformation projects, including major migration programmes and onboarding initiatives. Before that, I worked as a Business Process Analyst, focusing on process change and optimisation, and as a Process Improvement Consultant, leading a team of consultants to deliver successful process improvement projects across the business.
I’m passionate about finding better ways of working, simplifying complexity, and helping organisations deliver meaningful, lasting change. Colleagues describe me as analytical, approachable, and delivery-focused — someone who gets things done while building strong relationships across teams.
As my current role comes to an end later this year due to redundancy, I’m now looking ahead to new opportunities from March/April 2026.
