Holly Bowden

As a coffee trainer at UCC Coffee, I have been delivering coffee excellence to our clients for over 6 years. I am passionate about creating bespoke solutions that outperform the market and drive double-digit growth for their businesses.

I have an SCA level intermediate certificate, which reinforces my ability to provide tailored coffee training sessions and conduct machine calibrations. I also have a background in art, which gives me a creative edge in designing engaging and memorable coffee experiences. I enjoy working in partnership with our clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

I participate in events, coffee tastings, tailored and bespoke teaining sessions for a wide range of customers, fix technical issues, diagnose machine issues, problem solve, train new starters, working with various depatements on projects and new launches, working with the specialist team to create bespoke settings and helping the customer with any needs at site level.
