I'm a Head of Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing with 21 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in UK and EU. I'm looking for new opportunities in Pharma for Head of Supply Chain or Sourcing and Procurement.I'm based in Welwyn Garden City and I can also work from York or overseas in Barcelona or Lisbon.I'm Portuguese and I speak fluent English, Spanish and intermediate French and Italian. Lead Strategic Sourcing activities and Negotiations with existing and prospective suppliers and internal plants. Responsible for finding alternative sources or solutions to improve cost of goods. Drives timely and successful Launches and Tech transfer projects for Tillomed Europe.
Was responsible at Viatris (Mylan) for keading the supply chain end to end required for the business in the UK, executing the Global and Regional strategy. Drove and owns key processes including Demand and Supply Planning and S&OP, Inventory Strategy and Inventory management, ERP Master Data management and has direct responsibility for Distribution and Logistics. Responsible for Brexit customs strategy.
Certification of European Senior Logistician: EUROPEAN CERTIFICATION BOARD OF LOGISTICS / EUROPEAN LOGISTICS ASSOCIATION.
Post Graduate Degree in Business Organization and Industrial Management: UNIVERSIDADE LUSOFONA – Lisbon (“Lusofona University”). This included an Excellence award for a Business Plan (1st Prize).
