I was in catering for 20 years and then Covid happened. My partner opened his business which I’ve been helping with since then, but now we have it running successfully it’s time for me to get back into my own employment.
I have been in charge of teams of people on many occasions from day to day and to events such as weddings and corporate events. I can prioritise and delegate where needs be, also including myself in tasks and/or working independently.
The majority of my edu has been at work, going in and grafting and learning and this has helped me help my partner begin his successful business.
