A qualified and enthusiastic Environmental Health graduate with an Honours degree. Possessing relevant professional experience and undertaking audits in all disciplines including food safety, health and safety, fire safety and public health. Excellent ability to identify and manage health risks due to environmental factors, with experience in ensuring regulatory compliance.

Able to abreast of changing legislation and in-depth knowledge of specialist areas. Working for a multinational consultancy’s being able to plan, implement and review protective and preventative safety measures.

Working as a contractor with NSF International as a fully trained safety advisor in food safety audits, health & safety, fire safety, coaching and training.

• Undertaken Food Safety, Health and Safety and Fire Safety audits
• Delivered training/coaching/advisory sessions
• Implementation of Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP)
• Undertaking productivity targets
• To clearly communicate to the client, to ensure their ongoing enthusiasm and commitment to the audit program
• Establish and maintaining effective communication with administration and client management teams to ensure the smooth running of the audit programs
• Made corrective action recommendations as deemed necessary
