I bring extensive experience in healthcare governance, quality improvement, and risk management. I've worked alongside both clinical and non-clinical teams, contributed as a carer on interview panels, championed patient advocacy, supported inclusive training, and led on the implementation of quality, safety, and investigative processes—all with compassion and clarity.

I'm also trained in structured communication models like SAGE & THYME, and I care deeply about making healthcare fair, respectful, and transparent.
