NEBOSH‑certified offshore HSE professional and SVQ Assessor/Internal Verifier with 10+ years in offshore drilling and marine operations, spanning audits/inspections, incident reporting support, training/competence, and documentation control for safe work systems under BMS/ISO/ISM.
Experienced delivering HSE inductions, toolbox engagement, PTW audits, JSA facilitation, and lessons‑learned communications, converting requirements into site‑ready actions with multi‑discipline crews.
Conduct daily PTW audits and weekly surveys; verify close‑out evidence; channel trends into toolbox talks and focused coaching to uplift procedural compliance.
Lead collection and analysis of BBS observations (BACs, CAVs, VOS) to inform risk identification and safety conversations with crews and supervisors.
Support compliance readiness with Flag/Class and client standards, including document reviews, site visit preparations, and emergency readiness.
Experience on Plug & Abandonment (VALARIS Gorilla V), translating complex requirements into clear controls, checks, and JSAs at the workface.
BSc Cyber Security (Ongoing — expected Oct 2025).
