Reporting in a matrix organisation to the Regional GM and VP of Finance, responsible for the Finance functions across multiple sites in the UK, Holland, France, Thailand and sales offices in Turkey, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Full financial responsibility for circa $180m turnover.
- Coaching and developing Finance team of 25 in multiple jurisdictions.
- Reviewing and reporting regional P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow performance.

A member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the site GM and functionally reporting to the VP of Finance for Commercial Aircraft Segment. Responsible for creating a Finance function on a greenfield site in an Economic Development Zone, South of Manila.
- Primary Finance contact for product line GMs and Finance leads at home sites.
- Recruit a self-sufficient Finance function capable of transactional and business partnering support.
- Develop processes for group reporting, forecasting and budgeting in addition to supporting local management reporting requirements.
- Organisational Development: Created structures, roles, responsibilities and internal control framework with Sarbanes Oxley (SoX) compliant procedures which successfully passed corporate and external audits.
- Team Leadership: Recruited a team of 17 local Finance professionals cross-trained to provide shared services, as well as cost analysis and business partnering.
- Reporting: Designed and implemented a full suite of management reporting including KPI dashboard and labour & overhead rate comparisons.
- Audit: Ensured timely submissions of statutory accounts as well as SEC filings and Philippine Economic Zone Authority requirements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Financial Management: Implemented long-term contract accounting in compliance with local accounting standards and US GAAP, to accurately account for deferred engineering expenses based on Percentage of Completion basis.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Managed the financial integration of six increasingly complex product lines (Ovens, 737 Advanced Lavatories, Eco systems, A350 Galleys, Coffee Makers and Refrigerators) by building relationships and ensuring credibility of the function to seamlessly transition all financial responsibilities from the UK, Holland and USA base operations.
- Transformation & Growth: During my time as FD, turnover for the site grew from $23m in 2012 to over $250m in 2015.
Ecco Tannery Finance & Administration Director at ECCO Shoes (2009-12 – 2012-02)
Responsible for the Finance, Human Resources, General Affairs and System Development functions within the ECCO Tannery operations, in Indonesia. Developed a team of 14 local nationals, including 4 managers reporting directly to me.
