In 2024 I completed A Levels in Italian (A), Spanish (B), and Religion, Ethics and Philosophy (A), at Beechen Cliff Sixth Form, Bath. I was born and lived in Italy for 14 years where I attended an International school near Venice. I relocated to the UK with my family in 2020. I am currently looking for a Summer job ahead of my September University course in International Business and Spanish at Exeter University.

Delivering exceptional customer service to Spa guests and members. I handle enquiries, manage bookings and assist with retail sales. I maintain excellent standards of presentation within the spa and also support with hosting and serving in the spa lounge.

From greeting the customer, seating them, taking their food order and ensuring timely delivery of their order. Checking in with customers; Using the back-grill; Preparing side orders; cleaning, stock taking and assisting with closing up. I was recently promoted to a "Buddy", which includes mentoring new staff members.

Serving customers at Bath Rugby corporate boxes. Making sure food and drinks are delivered to clients and cleaning chores post match. Customer satisfaction was paramount.

Saturday Assistant - Nick Brain Hair Salon Bath - Bath

I started work at the salon when I was 14. Initially I assumed cleaning chores and hospitality. I then progressed to washing clients' hair, answering phone calls and making bookings. I also worked overtime during my school holidays.
