I am a highly organised, proactive and motivated individual with great interpersonal skills. Having had six years’ experience as an executive assistant to an extremely busy and demanding Founding Director, I have developed all the tools required to be a high-level EA. My previous company consisted of over 75 people and the Founding Director was very involved in all aspects of the business so my day-to-day role varied frequently. I am used to working in a high-intensity, corporate and fast paced environment and I thrive under pressure.
I am therefore used to the demands of supporting high-level executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel arrangements, looking after personal affairs and family travel as well as preparing detailed presentations and reports. In addition to this, I am skilled in using various productivity tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, UpSlide, Google Analytics and Google Mail, which will enable me to efficiently handle day-to-day operations.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. I am also used to maintaining confidentiality and discretion while working with sensitive, personal and confidential information.
