I’m a FinTech and SaaS product leader with 18 years of experience spanning consulting, presales, and senior product leadership. I’ve managed £20m+ ARR portfolios, launched multiple AI-driven products from concept to market in under four months, and scaled product organisations through major growth phases. My work includes designing Apple iTunes’ royalty system, creating a Private SaaS strategy that unlocked £10m+ in revenue, and leading cross-functional teams of up to 30 across engineering, design, and commercial.

Having worked directly with over 100 companies worldwide, I combine commercial instinct with technical fluency to deliver resilient, user-focused products in complex, regulated environments.

I am a Product Focus certified Product Manager and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
