Living and growing up in the UK, United States and Mexico by the age of 19 has given me the ability to adapt and handle new environments well. I deal well under pressure and strive with a deadline. I am a massive believer in every job being finished and completed to a high standard, so will always endeavour to complete a project as swiftly and as well as possible, seeking out excellence in all things I put my hand to.

After leading teams over the past few years I have learned that I enjoy working with others, but also am self motivated to work well alone. I enjoy being creative at work and am capable of public speaking and presenting in front of large groups of people. Since graduating from High School in Mexico in 2012, I have completed a gap year in Youth Work with The Message Trust.

I have lead teams to 6 different countries, I have built homes in Mexico, I have managed two different artist groups, started a media company producing bi-weekly podcasts and a radio show. After leaving that profession behind I began work at Vitality Health and Life where I deliver end‑to‑end customer support, ensuring every service journey is handled efficiently, professionally, and with a strong customer‑first approach. I am now a year three student at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic and will graduate in 2028.

I have acquired many skills and talents throughout this time, and have taken on many roles that have enabled me to adapt to many a situation.

Service Consultant at Vitality Health and Life (2024-01 – Present)

Deliver end‑to‑end customer support, ensuring every service journey is handled efficiently, professionally, and with a strong customer‑first approach. Combine customer communication, service coordination, and problem resolution, providing a seamless experience from initial enquiry to job completion. Work with the Complaints Team, managing and resolving customer complaints within the ideal three‑day turnaround.

Focus on fair investigation, clear communication, and timely resolution to restore customer confidence and maintain high service standards.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, both in person and remotely
• Assessing service needs, advising customers on appropriate solutions, and managing expectations throughout the process
• Coordinating with technical teams to schedule work, prioritise tasks, and ensure accurate and timely completion

Creative Development Manager at The Message Trust (2020-01 – 2023-12)

• Helped put on festival Manchester, festival attended by 67,000 people in Wythenshawe park
• Oversaw the running of three bands (merchandise, music, recording, producing, day to day organisation, music promotion)
• Music publishing, hold contact with publisher and make sure all songs are inputted, catalogued and that we got paid correctly by publisher
• Held contact and relationship with PRS
• Project managed 5 bands release schedule per annum. 4-5 singles each and 1 album and 1 EP
• Helped run Message Live a youtube channel with weekly output

Studio Supervisor at The Message Trust (2020-01 – 2023-12)

• Day to day upkeep of recording studios
• Buying, selling and maintaining studio gear
• Full time on site to help with spontaneous recording sessions
• Produced podcasts, audiobooks, vocals tracking
• On site during recording days to assist other producers (i.e., set up and pack down gear, room prep)
• Facilitating studio logistics (i.e., room bookings, calendar requests, etc)

• Help pick individuals and develop new bands from Message Academy potentials and outsourced recruitment

Spent July 2009 in San Jose, Costa Rica rebuilding houses and digging wells for families who's houses had been destroyed in an earthquake
