I am a First-Class BSc (Hons) Computing graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical roles. Alongside my studies, I delivered over 100 freelance projects for international clients, providing remote IT support, Windows troubleshooting, file management, email migrations, and system organisation. I have also provided hardware-level support earlier in my career, diagnosing and repairing PCs, configuring printers, performing system upgrades, and supporting customers directly in a technical environment.

This combination of freelance IT work and long-term technical customer support has strengthened my problem-solving ability, documentation skills, and confidence in supporting non-technical users across Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking environments.

I completed a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Computing at Arden University, covering key areas such as distributed and cloud computing, computer security, advanced databases, UX design and data mining. My academic focus included systems analysis and practical problem-solving in real-world computing scenarios. In addition, I completed a Level 4 Cybersecurity Bootcamp with CodeNation in 2023, and achieved a Top 3% global ranking on TryHackMe, strengthening my practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, cybersecurity fundamentals, and Microsoft/Azure environments.
