I believe in an instinctive, autonomous approach to organisation. I am inclined to take the broader view rather than getting tied down with the small stuff. I dislike rigid environments, I enjoy following routines, but may also come up with creative, innovative ideas.

I am an excellent communicator and am generally respected for my highly compassionate and strong egalitarian nature.

I am curious, practical, and rational. I am a level-headed thinker who values reason and creativity, I like to evaluate new ideas objectively but I am also understanding. Great at building and maintaining relationships, I am naturally sympathetic, but this is not subject to the expense of objectivity.
