I am a recent graduate of Criminology with an interest in environmental crime and policy. I have worked within customer service for over seven years, and I am currently in a managerial position at a successful restaurant chain. Additionally, I am a keen and passionate volunteer, giving back to nature by conducting ecological surveys, writing reports, taking part in practical fieldwork and fundraising.
Thanks to my degree, I am proficient at utilizing Microsoft packages, writing reports, typing and other administrative tasks. I have over seven years experience within the customer service sector, and over a year’s experience within hospitality management. This has enabled me to develop a range of transferable skills including communication, conflict resolution/problem solving, time management, leadership and adaptability. I am passionate about delivering excellent levels of customer service, and have a track record of spearheading a team to achieve and beat targets set.
I am also a keen volunteer with a passion for wildlife and the environment. I volunteer for a number of wildlife organizations, taking part in practical field work, ecological surveys, training and fundraising.
I achieved a 2:1 degree in Criminology.
