My professional background spans customer support, project management, TEFL and Marketing. I've led projects where I would create workflows, processes and generate documentation to train and guide the support teams, often working between teams to connect the dots, find the niggly issues, and solve the puzzles to ensure a smooth and happy customer journey.
Prior to that I spent over two years teaching English abroad, where I mastered the art of communicating complex ideas in a clear and empathetic way. I also hold a First-Class honours in Advertising and Brand Management and have hands-on experience as a Marketing Executive in a telecoms firm, and as a Social Media Manager at a well known retailer.
