As a Shift Supervisor, I am responsible for monitoring and managing store performance including opening and closing the store, cash handling, scheduling breaks so that the shift runs as smoothly as possible. It is my responsibility to delegate tasks, make sure all targets are being met daily and ensuring high quality service standards. I am experienced in the preparing and coaching of food and beverage standard recipes, which include recipe changes such as substituted ingredients, quantity of ingredients and temperature.
While being a Starbucks Shift Supervisor I am also a Coffee Master, aswell as coming third in The Barista Championships in the district.

2018 - 2021 Sales Advisor at New Look
I was a Sales Advisor with over three years of experience in a global high street retailer. As a Sales Advisor working on the shop floor daily it was my responsibility to process cash and card transactions, make sure that the daily targets were being achieved and reporting back to the retail manager, as well as ensuring general cleaning, tidying and restocking standards of the shop floor were being met. Visual merchandising (dressing manakins) and refreshing window displays was also an important part of my job role, as it inticed customers into the store based on what was either in the winodw displays or how a manakin was dressed.
I was able to form many professional relationships with customers whilst offering the best advice and make sure every customer leaves the store with what they were looking for.
