Outside of my professional experience, I've always had a passion for film and television. I've long admired the creativity, collaboration and dedication that goes into bringing productions to life, and it's something I've wanted to be part of for many years. Centrica Business Solutions builds, operates and maintains on-site, large-scale energy assets like Solar PV and Combined Heat and Power - to help organisations to decarbonise and save money. Responsible for short-form customer and marketing content.

• Responsible for the production of case studies globally. Produced over 80 case studies that showcase Centrica's product offering and demonstrate how organisations decarbonise and save money.
• Helped implement a two-wave global campaign, focused on cost management that has helped close £14M worth of business. Wrote launch blog for each wave and produced over 50 promotional campaign assets using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, saving the business 20K+ in agency fees.
• Managed multiple agencies, negotiating rates and schedules to achieve cost-effective and efficient project execution.
• Managed and mentored graduates who came through the graduate scheme, sharing knowledge and experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Updated regional websites using the CMS and reported on content analytics using GA4.

HiFX is financial services business that has positioned themselves as being the alternative to the bank, helping both corporate and private clients transact money abroad.

• Managing the affiliate marketing program.
• Reviewing pending affiliates in order to gauge whether or not we could benefit from them advertising the brand on HiFX's behalf.
• Analyse existing affiliates to see how they were performing and optimise accordingly, with the aim of improving conversations and registrations to HiFX.
• Developing marketing campaigns both in the UK and the Spanish office, which gave visibility of the different communication methods used in different Countries.
• Updating the.co.uk website with writing content, images and legal documentation.
• Writing detailed reports on how the affiliates had been performing and suggesting ways to improve conversations and registrations going forward.
