About

Execution-focused operator with 11+ years in financial markets, consistently promoted for making complex things happen under real pressure. My strengths are organising, planning, and driving delivery: translating ambiguous priorities into clear plans, aligning stakeholders across geographies, and seeing programmes through from start to finish. I thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments where getting things done is the job.

Now looking to bring this operational capability to a Chief of Staff or senior operations leadership role.

Experience

Vice President - Market Data Management at Bank of America (2014-07 – Present)

Promoted from Graduate Associate through Associate to VP within the FICC Global Markets division. Embedded within the Market Data Management team supporting the UK FICC business across Rates and FX, a mission-critical environment where system failures have direct P&L consequences and delivery against hard deadlines is non-negotiable.

  • Led end-to-end delivery of major regulatory change programmes including the industry-wide IBOR to Risk Free Rates transition. Managed scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution across teams in London, New York, and India from design through to live deployment.
  • Served as the primary bridge between engineering teams and senior business stakeholders across the FICC division. Translated complex and evolving regulatory requirements into practical delivery plans, keeping all parties aligned under hard deadlines with real financial consequences.
  • Supported business-critical production infrastructure across the UK FICC business. Contributed to incident response, uptime management, and cross-team coordination when issues arose.
  • Designed and built compliance simulation programmes to stress-test the Bank's safety-net processes across LCH and CME. Ran scenario-based fire drills and coordinating multi-team exercises under strict regulatory deadlines.
  • Consistently recognised through promotion for delivery, trusted relationships, and the ability to bring clarity and momentum to complex, cross-functional work.
  • Mentored junior team members providing guidance, sharing context, and helping them navigate a complex environment.

Technology Analyst Intern at RBS (2013-07 – 2013-09)

  • Business Analyst and Developer on integration of a Strategic Trade Lifecycle Management System across Prime and Executing Broker lines. Bridged technical implementation with business workflow design from day one.
  • Delivered software demonstrations to stakeholders across the UK and India; coordinated task allocation with senior Middle Office staff in England and the US.

Industrial Placement at Logica (2012-07 – 2013-07)

  • Built components of a battlefield information system for the Ministry of Defence in a safety-critical engineering environment.
  • Authored client-facing documentation and training materials. Early experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Office Manager at Estate Agency (2010)

Solely responsible for running an estate agency office end-to-end, prior to entering the technology sector.

  • Managed the full property sales lifecycle independently from client instruction through to completion. Developed strong commercial instincts and end-to-end pipeline ownership.
  • Primary point of contact for vendors and buyers; built trusted relationships through high-value, often emotionally complex transactions. Developed consultative selling and client management skills that translate directly to senior stakeholder environments.
  • Liaised with solicitors, surveyors, and third parties to progress sales, resolve blockers, and keep deals on track. Experienced in managing complex, multi-party processes to a close.
