About

I am an enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and self-motivated customer service assistant with 5 years of experience. I am skilled at creating a welcoming atmosphere, building connections and using effective communication to engage with customers which I have received compliments and reviews for. I care deeply about brand image (due to being a business and graphic design student), and present myself in a way that aligns with the company.

I have worked in a high demand, customer-facing position for four years and am looking to become a part of the fashion/beauty retail community. As a fashion and beauty enthusiast, I am well educated on trends. For five years I have used makeup and skincare, in that time researching colour theory, face types, skin types, and styles to enhance natural features.

I am passionate about customer satisfaction, and I am confident that I can use my knowledge to provide proper recommendations to customers and be a good fit in your team.
