Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial relationship between the Amadeus and contracted venues
- Identify appropriate sales opportunities for both new and existing business, by attending networking events and industry expos
- Management of EBMS (CRM system) and sales tracker, ensuring that it is kept up-to-date
- Proactive Sales of external events to corporate and private clients, from initial proposal to final billing
- Manage in-house Telemarketing campaign to increase sales opportunities
- Weekly billing to contracted venues
- Creation of client proposals – Maximising revenue at all opportunities and assisting in the achievements of the teams financial targets
- Achieving my KPI’s set, with personal new sales target of £200k
- Day to Day enquiries handling and ensuring standards are maintained, via phone email and venue directory
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing and PR department
- Making sure event handover been communicated to operational team
