I am a creative and reliable learning designer with a specialism in video and multimedia content creation. I have 2 years' experience delivering high quality learning experiences to adult learners. Prior to this, I coordinated the training programme for my current employer, so I have been in the L&D space for over 4 years.

Adopting innovative technologies to enhance learning experiences is very exciting to me and I use a variety of tools in my current role, including Articulate Rise, Storyline, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

November 2021 - Present: COMPASS Pathways, Learning Experience Designer

• Lead videographer and video editor for all video content related to the therapist training programme
  • Working closely with subject-matter experts to create informative video content in an interview format
  • Working closely with contracted actors to generate video re-enactments of therapy sessions
  • Anonymising recorded therapy sessions and optimising the material for educational purposes
  • Storyboarding e-learning modules for the therapist training programme, informed by best practices in L&D 
  • Scripting and storyboarding branching scenario interactions
  • Writing knowledge checks and developing systems of assessment 
  November 2019 - November 2021: COMPASS Pathways, Therapist Training Programme Coordinator

• Coordinating logistics for a training programme for psychological therapists working on a Phase IIb clinical trial 
• Ensuring that more than 100 therapists were supported throughout the completion of their training
• Adapting in-person aspects of the training programme for online remote delivery due to COVID-19
• Communicating desired LMS features and possible opportunities for automation to colleagues working on the development of a new in-house LMS
• Chairing and organising monthly educational webinars for therapists
• Conducting user research via focus groups to identify areas of improvement for the training programme

January 2019 - November 2019: COMPASS Pathways, Team Coordinator

• Focus on recruitment, HR, onboarding, and office management for a team of 15-20 individuals 
• Implemented, streamlined, and coordinated a range of HR processes in a fast-moving start-up environment
• Facilitated travel and events, including training workshops, social events, and board meetings

• Provided empathic support and coordination to a team of 15 psychologists and their clients
