With many years experience in leadership and management across a number of commercial roles, I consistently demonstrate personal commitment to strategic objectives whilst supporting my teams and peers to exceed their requirements and expectations. I have a passion for business change and the impact it has on the organisation and its people. I also enjoy inspiring confidence in those around me to embrace and deliver change.
My previous experience includes many Change and Transformation projects in Digital, Commerce and Customer Experience, I have worked with sales, marketing, finance, logistics, I.T. and administration. I possess sound communication skills, which I have gained through working with various people from all backgrounds and cultures. I am accustomed to handling different, sometimes difficult situations.
Being skilful at dealing with different people has given me a distinct advantage in my workplace and throughout my working life. I have always enjoyed working as part of a team and constantly have developed new ideas and approaches to my work. I am self motivated and enjoy problem solving.
