I am an accomplished pastry chef and I have worked my way up to head chef

I have competed in many culinary competitions most notable us my appearance on Masterchef the professionals

And my silver medal at hotel olympia

I have worked in many places ranging from bar food to high end 1 star fine dining

I have also done alot of function work running large banquets up to 300

I have attended many workshops ranging from fish mongery and butchery to chocolate and molecular gastronomy

I attended catering college for three years and pasted all my grades
