More than 30 years experience in HR. Before setting up my own business I worked at Director level for an elite, professional sports organisation, with an on-site hotel and conference & events facility, delivering HR strategy across a multi-discipline environment.
Experienced in a wide-range of HR matters, dealing with complex workplace investigations, disciplinaries. Restructures, change management, employee engagement, wellbeing to name a few.
My experience is transferable to lots of industries and businesses.
