In my most recent role as the Head of Transactional HR at the NEC Group, I led a group of HR functions, such as recruitment, payroll, pensions, HR admin, and HR systems. I established a group recruitment function that reduced agency costs by 95%, saving c.£200k. I also introduced a group accreditation approach and led the Birmingham Commonwealth Games accreditation, accrediting over 3000 colleagues.
Additionally, I introduced digitalised right to work checks and temporarily took on additional group HR director responsibilities.
