Joel Gardiner

• My name is Joel Gardiner. I am a chef by trade and have pursued this career for most of my professional life. In recent years, I have decided to make a change and work within different sectors. My most recent positions include Brand Ambassador for REL Field Marketing and Street Cleansing for Swiss Co. I have been off work sporadically for the past two years due to an illness affecting my esophagus, which I'm happy to say has greatly improved, and I am now actively seeking employment again. I am a strict Roman Catholic and must attend church on Sundays and holy days of obligation.

My education has not changed recently. I am not currently attending any schools, colleges, or universities. I was educated at Sudbury Ormiston Academy and then at West Suffolk College, where I gained my NVQ 1 & 2 in Hospitality and Catering.
