Energy Transition Operations Team Lead - IKM Testing

- Assist in the development of the Energy Transition department budget, and in consultation with the SOM make decisions necessary to keep financial performance on track.
- Work with the BD team to: develop a sales strategy, prepare presentations, support client visits, provide the required support to assist in the preparation of tenders, determine pricing levels and margins for tenders.
- Review Energy Transition tenders with tender coordinators prior to submission.

January 2006 to March 2010: Posted to 7 Signal Regiment in Germany where my employment is a Detachment Commander in charge of 2 crewmen (Team leader). April 2006 Deployed to Iraq carrying out my trade and also instructed various communications systems to other regiments. June 2002 to January 2006: Posted to 1 (UK) Armored Division and Signal Regiment as a crewman.
November 2002 successfully completed and passed a tracked vehicle drivers and commanders course. December 2002 employed as a Detachment Commander in charge of 2 crewmen. January 2003 Deployed to Iraq were I was employed as the Commanding Officers Radio operator.
August 2003 employed as a Radio Rebroadcast Station Detachment Commander in charge of 2 crewmen, this involved deploying alone into the field and setting the detachment up and maintaining the day to day observation and manning shift rosters between our 2/3-man crew. April 2001 to June 2002: Posted to Royal School of Signals in Blandford England to start my Radio Systems Operator trade training. January 2002 successfully completed and passed my Radio Systems Operator course.
