• Co-ordinate with the Service Manager as and when necessary to ensure that customers are satisfied.
• Co-ordinate with customers and service manager with respect to delivery and installation of equipment.
• Co-ordinate with the Store Keeper to ensure that minimum/reasonable stock level is maintained vis-à-vis the sales prospects/orders.
• Other functions that may be assigned by the Branch Manager or General Manager.
