• Placing orders with various suppliers, negotiating prices, and resolving delivery discrepancies
• Scheduling and coordinating food order collections, considering specific dietary needs
• Answering customer calls, addressing their queries with a friendly demeanour, and ensuring their requests are carried out by myself or delegated to the appropriate colleague
