I am looking to get back into work as I've had time to heal myself, and learned to live life with my mental health, to the point I've successfully completed my professional bakery studies at the city of glasgow college and I think now is a good time to get back into work again as I like keeping busy and on my feet again doing the passion I've found in bakery industry.
Electrician (Work Experience) at SBHA (2014-05 – 2014-05)
I completed a week as an electrician with a mentor for SBHA. I got a great report back at the end of it. I helped fix any electrical problems tenants had at their homes. This opportunity gave me an idea of what it is like to work as an electrician and I enjoyed it.
Student Loans Advisor / Technical Support Adviser at HGS Selkirk (2016-08 – 2017-05)
HGS was my first job, my first position at hgs was as a student loans advisor for student finance England campaign for the first 2 months, then internally switched position to technical support adviser for post office home and broadband campaign till the end of the duration of the job at HGS. When I was at HGS, I was trained for 4 weeks to take calls and help students apply for funding and applications then further training to help people fix their Homephone and Broadband service along with learning multiple skills in customer service. I like the job because I was able to develop really helpful skills in customer service, data protection act and complaints handling.
Domestic Credit Agent at Kura, Glasgow (2017-12 – 2018-07)
Kura was my second job. My position I held at kura was as a domestic credit agent for Scottish power campaign. I completed 2 months training to further develop my skills in customer service. On dealing with customers energy bills and account, I would take calls from customers that had problems with their billing or accounts and would aim to do my best in helping fix their problems on the call in a short professional time.
In this job it helped me work on my call performance and management and helped me improve my skills in admin and customer service skills set.
