I am a newly qualified solicitor, having qualified as a commercial solicitor in April 2023.
Within this role, I have had the opportunity to experience drafting contracts/agreements, Intellectual Property, Competition Law, Procurement Law, amongst other things. I have particular experience in litigation, from an injury perspective and commercial-based disputes. I have also developed a niche understanding of charity law, being the point of contact in my current in-house role.
