I have excellent communication skills; I am a helpful and caring person, friendly, polite and creative, I can also be proactive and work collaboratively or on my own initiative, I am very interested in customer service jobs. My work placement at Ashton Bus Station, I have responsibility of doing bus tenders helping the public, working in the travel shop including cleaning making sure the station is looking it’s best.
Gorse Hill Studios – (November 2022 – March 2023)
My work placement at Gorse Hill Studios, I worked alongside the team who was dealing with all the social media pages. My responsibilities were video editing, graphic design, and photography.
Gorton Mill Café (September 2022- September 2022)
My work placement at Gorton Mill café, I had responsibilities including working front-of-house, making coffees, working on the till and serving customers.
MAES IT (November 2021– December 2021)
My work placement at MAES as an ICT assistant. I worked in a team that reported to audit websites according to company standards.
Cardinal Maritime Logistics (March 2021 - May 2021)
My work placement at Cardinal Maritime included working in the warehouse, unloading shipping containers and looking at packing lists checking weights and dimensions. I also worked in the transport office reading their imported data.
Manchester Aquatics Centre (February 2020 - March 2020)
I was a cleaner; cleaning windows, doors, tables and highchairs. I sometimes filled up the stock, for example, swimming goggles.
Manchester Museum - Museum Volunteer (October 2019 - January 2020)
I was helping visitors with directions, and cleaning display cabinets. I worked in the conservation department.
