Over 20 years’ experience within the on trade and working in award winning cocktail bars,

restaurants & hotels across the UK and worldwide - the importance of ingredients, cocktails and of course customer-focused service has become apparent to succeed in my career.

As a general manager of almost 10 years’ I have held full accountability for the businesses and their respective P&L’s, all aspects of health & safety compliance, recruitment and training over several departments, close involvement with personnel and HR matters such as staff development programmes, disciplinary procedures & staff welfare. A quick learner and a perfectionist with the desire to succeed in my role I believe make me an ideal prospective employee for any business.
